inundaciones, entre ellas Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza, la Ciudad de Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Santa Cruz Xoxocotl\u00e1n y Huajuapan de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El meteor\u00f3logo de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos (CEPCyGR) en el estado, Cutberto Ru\u00edz Jarqu\u00edn, revel\u00f3 que tan en la capital del estado, alrededor del 95 por ciento de las inundaciones que se presentan, est\u00e1n relacionadas principalmente con el tema de la basura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab90, 95 por ciento de la causa son las malas costumbres de tirar la basura en las zonas urbanas, no se diga materiales como el pet u otro tipo de materiales que no se degradan f\u00e1cilmente y que finalmente se van a dar hacia las partes m\u00e1s bajas y ah\u00ed se atascan\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El especialista en meteorolog\u00eda, precis\u00f3 que el umbral de lluvia para la Ciudad de Oaxaca cada d\u00eda va disminuyendo m\u00e1s, ya que la presencia de un chubasco con corta duraci\u00f3n, de r\u00e1pido desplazamiento, inmediatamente genera problemas, no solo en partes bajas, incluso, en zonas donde no se inundaban ahora registran encharcamientos severos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl umbral hace a\u00f1os para la Ciudad de Oaxaca eran de 80 mil\u00edmetros, ahora con 40 mil\u00edmetros que lluevan en la Ciudad de Oaxaca tenemos problemas, porque se le suma todo este crecimiento que ha tenido la ciudad y no hay forma de infiltraciones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ru\u00edz Jarqu\u00edn, explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo las malas costumbres y malos h\u00e1bitos han llevado no solo a Oaxaca sino al pa\u00eds, a generar problemas serios en cuestiones de inundaciones en las v\u00edas primarias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el estado
