equilibrado y transparente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>San Raymundo Jalpan, Oax., a 17 de febrero de 2026.- El Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 con 29 de votos el d\u00e9cimo paquete de Leyes de Ingresos Municipales para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2026, correspondiente a 24 municipios de la entidad, dict\u00e1menes presentados por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Hacienda tras un an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico y responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n de los dict\u00e1menes se realiz\u00f3 bajo criterios de legalidad, equidad, proporcionalidad y justicia tributaria, con el objetivo de asegurar cargas fiscales justas y razonables, acordes con la realidad econ\u00f3mica de cada municipio, y en apego al art\u00edculo 31, fracci\u00f3n IV, de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas determinaciones, se reafirma el compromiso con un sistema hacendario municipal s\u00f3lido, equilibrado y transparente, que contribuya al desarrollo local y al bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, para el Distrito del Centro se aprob\u00f3 la Ley de San Pedro Ixtlahuaca; en el Distrito de Putla, las de Constancia del Rosario y Santa Mar\u00eda Zacatepec; en el Distrito de Tlacolula, Santiago Matatl\u00e1n; y en el Distrito de Ixtl\u00e1n de Ju\u00e1rez, las de Santa Mar\u00eda Yaves\u00eda, Santa Catarina Ixtepeji y Capul\u00e1lpam de M\u00e9ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, en el Distrito de Nochixtl\u00e1n se dictaminaron favorablemente las Leyes de Magdalena Zahuatl\u00e1n y Santo Domingo Nuxa\u00e1; en el Distrito de Silacayo\u00e1pam, la de Calihual\u00e1; y en el Distrito Mixe, la de Totontepec Villa de Morelos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, en el Distrito de Tehuantepec se aprob\u00f3 la Ley de Uni\u00f3n Hidalgo; en el Distrito de Cuicatl\u00e1n, la de Valerio Trujano; y en el Distrito de Teposcolula, la de Villa de Tamazul\u00e1pam del Progreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Distrito de Teotitl\u00e1n se aprobaron las Leyes de Eloxochitl\u00e1n de Flores Mag\u00f3n, San Mateo Yoloxochitl\u00e1n y San Francisco Huehuetl\u00e1n; en el Distrito de Coixtlahuaca, la de San Juan Bautista Coixtlahuaca; y en el Distrito de Tlaxiaco, la de San Juan \u00d1um\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, en el Distrito de Jamiltepec se aprob\u00f3 la Ley de Santiago Ixtayutla; en el Distrito de Tlacolula, la de San Pedro Totolapan; en el Distrito de Juchit\u00e1n, las de Asunci\u00f3n Ixtaltepec y Santiago Niltepec; y en el Distrito de Ocotl\u00e1n, la de Asunci\u00f3n
